    Really fun day started of with church this morning almost slept in to late but got up and got ready fast then had a Olympic Games I won in the basketball tournament . I was so proud with one three point shot lol .

Saturday July 16
 Felt more like a relax day from lunch to dinner and  some community service which included work on paint a high schools wall that has been open 3 years now . So yeah this was a great experience .

Friday July 15,2016
 Still at Gear Up in Lexington these days have been so great .Having the experiment is wonderful . I had some classes today and then we went to the gallery hop my group was great we learned a lot and we had a great time .

July 14th ,2016

So today is July the 14th is was a well rounded day hard work but we had a little more free time a little later .Just a lot of work might need to call up that yoga person . Really This is killing me lol!!!!

Today we started the first day of college life here in UK . Some of the classes were very boring others had caught my attention such as the camera and the music class . The other ones was very boring enough to fall asleep. Atleast the food today was ok and we did not have to wait in line for the longest time to get it .

             Today at Gear Up we all went to the Johnson Center. I had a great time there rock climbing and of course I did the hardest on there not able to do it but had a great time doing the smaller one. I think today was really good secussful day today . I now know that working out improves your GPA . I also did yoga which was so wierd but fun . I mean I guess you could say it was very interesting. Seeing the swimming pool was great it was very cool.I felt that today was challenging but I think everyone tried something different and they pushed there self out of their comfort zone .

My name is Alayna Collins I am 15 years old and in 9th grade .Today , was my first full day at the University of Kentucky Summer Program. I have meet many friends . As  this will be my first year here.I would say that they were very well organize.All leader knew if not everything, mostly everything they needed to know . It was a great day today . Everything in my room is all organized now .I hated waking up at 7:00 this morning but I guess you could say that I will have time to get used to that as the time goes by . Felt like the speeches were felt pretty boring until Tony Bartley he made it a little more better.We learned about  True Colors which explains how you act or personality  . Mine was three of the same colors but felt more like green.The definition of the color green is more confusing . We did many long presentation today felt so dead after that.A FAFSA demo was given later. Which included myths and facts.Which helped me understands the basic standards of the FAFSA.You could say today was a well rounded day with a lot of information to take in .Learning the types of scholarship today . So I guess that you could say that we had took a lot in .Look back in tomorrow for more information .
